We will happily replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that turns out to be faulty upon opening. ALL returns MUST first be approved by a representative of Tessa Marie Wines and such approval is entirely at the discretion of Tessa Marie Wines. In most cases, upon approval of the return, we will ask that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement, so be sure to hold on to it.
By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is faulty. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or mishandling by the shipping carrier or customer, wine that is ordered in error, or wine that is merely not to your liking. All orders of wine are done so with your full acceptance of any risk associated with your enjoyment (or not) of it, including the ordering of a product that you've never tasted before.
If you believe your received wine to be faulty, please give us a call at (805) 688-6081 or send an email to email@example.com to receive a return approval and further instructions. Once the unfinished bottle is received by us and diagnosed as faulty, we will refund your credit card account fully for the cost of the wine including any shipping and handling charges.
If you placed an order in error and need to cancel it prior to it being shipped, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to cancel your order without any charge to you. At any time, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all canceled orders.
